How do you photograph weddings?
My approach is a balance between documentary and posed. I will capture what is authentically happening as well as guide you into some prompts for formal portraits.
I want you to be present in your day to capture that candid magic, and at the same time, I know that not everyone knows what to do with a camera pointed their way and may want a little more direction.

Can we get raw unedited files?
As a general policy I do not share unedited images. Most photographers will not offer this. Photography is an art form and post-processing work actually takes up to 3x longer than the duration of time spent shooting with you. It is important to me that you receive a quality product that reflects my artistic style. Be sure to review the body of work of whichever photographer you choose before hiring them. There are so many talented artists out there, find who you vibe with! Feel free to ask any questions you'd like about creating photographs that align with your vision.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive a handful of sneak peeks the week of your wedding.
Full galleries average about 12 weeks but could be more or less depending on the season. Some months are more popular than others for photography!
Consider adding instant film to your package to get some cutie moments the same day with a fun retro vibe!
How many pictures will we receive?
This really depends on your package and what's happening at your event. Longer timeline coverage and a rowdy crowd? Expect a lot more photos. Low-key vibes might have less images focused on the quiet, meaningful moments.
Smaller packages average about 300-400 final images. Larger packages average about 500-800 final images.
I prefer to prioritize quality over quantity. I don't want to fluff your gallery with images you aren't really going to have a use for. However, I will include multiple angles or facial expression options for some shots so that you can choose your favs.
